Online Privacy Policy:

Northside Methodist Academy does not collect personal online information other than information showing website traffic.  We do not collect names or personal information, and the school does not share personal information with anyone.

SMS Privacy Policy:

Any SMS messages are used solely for communication with parents and staff with school related information.

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third party and affiliate company for marketing purposes.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1.  SMS Consent Communication:

Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.  Types of SMS Communications:

If consent has been given to receive text messages from Northside Methodist Academy, messages may be received related to the following (provide specific examples):
Information reminders and updates

Example: "Due to inclement weather NMA will close today and open again tomorrow at regular start time."

Event reminders:

Example: "For Home coming week don't forget to wear appropriate dress for each day."

Policy reminders: "Parents, please make sure you do not use lane one until 2:30.

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.

For example, up to 3 SMS messages per week may be received related to reminders etc.

Opt-in to receive SMS messages from Northside Methodist Academy can be done in the following ways:

By submitting an online form through the student admit enrollment process.

6.  Opt-Out Method:

Opt-Out: Parents can select opt-out of texts during online enrollment and opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.
